By accessing or using Parcels Contact ("Service"), operated by Parcels Contact ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Parcels Contact provides a web-based platform for real estate professionals to search property records, view parcel boundaries, access property owner information, and perform skip tracing lookups. The Service is available in free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@parcels.contact for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the Service.
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate property owners using information obtained through the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate property and owner data, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Property records are sourced from public databases and third-party providers. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Parcels Contact and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcels Contact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination
